I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with others. I walked into the salon last night but my regular tech was leaving early. I agreed to to sit down with another tech and I wish I didn't. I called the next morning to ask for my regular tech to fix this disaster and was told that I'd have to pay for the fix. Are you serious? Thank goodness I have my own nail tools that I can use to fix my nails. I spent $30 on this. The last picture is the WORST.
