I had a terrible experience with the young lady who does the twists in the salon. Apparently she had an issue with me calling her more than once to schedule and appointment. She gladly told me that I was disrespecting HER by trying to schedule an appointment and that it would be PERFECT if I went somewhere else to get the service done. No customer service skills what so ever. I’ll never go back there to HER again. If your getting braids or dread touch up I’d say find a different salon to get that done. She had a terrible attitude toward paying clients.... The worse experience I’ve ever had with a stylist....
