I added my first automatic start to my car in 2003 and never had a problem for 14 yrs. I recently got another car and had them put one in. They were very pleasant to deal with and their response was quick. They also explained it thoroughly to me and it works great. I am very satisfied with Thumpin Car Stereo's work!
