Since State Farm surcharged customers for no good reason in October, we did not hear from this agent until 2 months later, and only after leaving repeated messages. The agents are hardly ever in their office and do not return phone calls. It has been almost a week now since contact was made, the office doesn't answer the phone, and they still don't return messages. Very poor customer service, shameful. I will be changing agents.
