I had such a great experience with these folks. I walked in on a Saturday, looking to switch over the title for my mobile home. Due the age of the home and some conflicting information on the title this was not going to be an easy task. No fear though... Martha vowed to personally walk my title into the MVA. She took the time to explain all of the possible outcomes, to get the proper title filed correctly. Now I must say this was the difference of paying close to $500 in tax, since the vehicle was listed as a "trailer" on the title instead of "mobile home". Martha called me with the best news the following Monday. Not only did she get the title filed correctly, but she had the MVA mail me the new copy within 7 days. Awesome work and the best customer service ever! It was such a blessing to meet these folks and I'll be doing all of my tag and title services through them moving forward!!
