AT&T Store

Awful awful awful. We upgraded all three lines on our plan at the same time, were told by the rep that they would waive our activation fee and upgrade fees. They did not. I returned to the store two more times to get the fees removed and was told they were taking care of it, they did not. I called the main ATT support and they said they would call me back, they did not. They then suspended our account when I did not pay the activation fees and made me pay another $40 to re activate our account on top of forcing me to pay the fees... what a freakin' nightmare! I will never use ATT again.
