I came in and was on the wait list for 1:30. People kept coming in after 1:30 which is when I was supposed to be getting my hair cut but that did NOT happen. They where only accepting people that would walk in without an appointment. I was sitting there waiting for 1 hour and I decided to leave. It was a terrible experience and it was very understaffed and TERRIBLE service. I would not go here again. Nor would I recommend Super Cuts to anyone.
