This is a wonderful place. The owner is so sweet and friendly but she is also honest. I spend 1/2 my time in Rockville and 1/2 my time in Pasadena. She could have sold me the unlimited package but she sat there and broke out how I would lose out. She has let me try a new product for free and she has said when I tried a new bed let me know if you don't like it, I give your money back. I have heard her say that to others to. She is just a wonderful person.
But that's not all, her whole staff is that way. Not once has anyone been rude or even grumpy with me. I swear it's like the whole staff is at the beach and each room is your own private trip.
I don't normally write reviews but I had to for this place. Yes all the other standard questions gets 5 stars, clean, pricing etc...
But this place shines because when you walk in the treat you like family or a life long friend and sadly today that is not the normal.
