Starbucks

I would gove them negative 5 stars but that is not an option. I work at starbucks down in Virginia. This is the worst customer service. I am a “CERTIFIED” barista. None of the employees on the shift were certified, to include the one making drinks. They were mixing sandwiches with Panini’s which is a health violation. I asked for a tall hot chocolate with whip cream. She forgot my whip i asked her JUST to put some whip so she pour half of the drink out for some whip, that “whip” was gone before i got to the gate. The lady at the register was talking to the girl at the oven like we weren’t standing there. I’m simply pissed. Their attitude is horrible someone help these people!!! Starbucks is much better than this....
