Awful awful awful! In the 12 years I've been getting my nails done I have never gone back and asked for a refund until I visited this place. The shape was all wrong. She said the color I picked was empty so I had to pick another one. Then she had a client come early and an eyebrow wax so she was just glopping the polish one and they were bubbled. So terrible!
