They printed my work in black and white instead of color even though i specified color. They would not give me a refund and the staff seem to be in disagreement about the prices on engineering colored prints versus black and white prints. I got an engineered colored prints done for $11 one time and now they want to charge over 70 bucks for it. The manager could not explain why there was a difference in pricing from one time to the other so I was very upset.
