Horrible delivery. If you get a bed from here expect at least 2 weeks and make sure you understand the 4 hr delivery window, not 1 hour window as they provided us. They did not deliver in the 1 hr window as promised the day before, but instead showed up 3 hrs early and claimed it was a 4hr window, then we were told it will take another 2 weeks to deliver. Called customer service multiple times which had extremely long wait times and they could not rectify the problem. Basically we're stuck waiting another 2 weeks or wasting time returning it and shopping elsewhere. Bottom line: Beware and have patience as they will not work to fix the issue. I can only imagine the problems returning something.
