There should be an option for NEGATIVE STARS...This company is beyond unprofessional. Set up an appointment with me for Wednesday, April 4th, 2:30 - 4:30. Received a text reminding me of my appointment. Sat at home and at 3:05, I CALLED to confirm because I had not received a call from the technician or anyone. The 'manager' stated that the technician was running 'A LITTLE' behind. At 4:28pm, I called back and talked to the same 'manager' who told me that "the technician was running behind." Well, you told me that an HOUR AGO and when was someone going to call and tell me that he wasn't going to make it to my home within the two hour window. I guess this company thinks that no one has anything else to do with their day but sit around and wait for them. There was never any CUSTOMER friendly resolution. The 'manager' just blew me off. When I asked about the owner and compensation for my time and for the lateness, his response was "We already giving you a discount and the owner ain't giving you nothing else off." Wow...okay. He went on to say that the technician would be there within a half hour. Well, I asked, if he wasn't at my home by 5 then what? His response..."I don't know then what." The technician called me 10 minutes later and said, "I'M RUNNING REAL BEHIND. DON'T KNOW WHEN I AM GOING TO GET TO YOU." Well, save your gas...you will never GET TO ME... Then today, 4/6, I receive a text that THEY CANCELLED MY APRIL 4TH APPOINTMENT. Really? LOL. Word to the wise......DO.NOT.USE.THIS.COMPANY. I hate cliche's but, they fall right into that .... this is why I don't support...
The technicians that have been to my house have always been on time, friendly, and don't leave until the problem has been fixed. We will continue to call them back if problems arise in the future!
