GameStop Prestige

Horrible experience. Would not take my trade because it was still sealed. They called their district manager who then told me it was against the law to take it. Absolutely refused my perfectly good game as a trade. Looked up the law. If I walked outside and took it out of the package and brought it back in... It counts as being used. They still refused. The gentleman helping me was actually nice about it... But the store manager was extremely rude and pushy. She refused to work with me. Will never go to this gamestop again nor should anyone else. If this is the kind of customer service that is being offered... Go elsewhere. Will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location.
