Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel - BWI

Horrible. Rooms are dirty, pillow cases sizes don't match pillows sizes. Beds are not changed. Rooms are not cleaned until you complain. We went with delegation and each member had to complain before they clean the room. And don't use their laundry and dry cleaning services. They ruined the clothes. Manager is never there always out of the office and promised to be back in a week... Bathrooms are disgusting. Photos are attached. If I could put a 0 out of 5, I would.

It's an older Sheraton, you can definitely feel that date in the rooms, but the staff is very nice and really informative and accommodating. The breakfast buffet isn't too expensive and isn't all that bad either. Bathrooms are kinda awkward and definitely require some updating. Shower heads are gross and shower floors are aged and stained. Room carpet could also use some refurbishing and the television sets are pretty dated.
