Seneca Bay Apartment Homes

I’ve lived here for some time now so I’ve seen things & people come & go. I’ve never lived at another community like Seneca Bay before & im honestly just happy to call this place home there is nothing about my home that I dislike & there’s no one on the maintenance staff or office staff that I dislike! They all treat me like family & they care about my needs!! I can call at 1am about having no heat & by 1:15 the problem is addressed!! Love this place 5 stars from me

Been here for two weeks. Have lived in many apt complexes in the Balto / Towson area: some quite expensive and with good reputations. Seneca Bay offers much more for the money. The property manager and asst property manager have been quite helpful and responsive. Amenities are excellent: the best apt gym I have ever seen. Like any other older property, it has age issues but it is probably the best overall community I have lived in. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores. Updated apartments. Love living here. By the way, ALL apt complexes handle water bills the same way. Individual apartments can't be metered, only the building can be metered. Deal with it.....or save your money and buy a house. :)
