I've had two good experiences here so far. The cut I received was just what I wanted, and was something more like what you would ask of a stylist than of a barber. I was quite happy with the results. Also, if you've never experienced an old-fashioned straight razor and hot towel shave, you're in for a treat. It was a decadent, luxurious experience. Would love to do that again soon, but it takes extra time that I don't always have.
