It's definitely a cookie cutter town center. Just like all of the others in the area and probably everywhere. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. It's clean, well maintained, and populated - not many empty or dark store fronts. They do promote seasonal events (ice skating, etc). Typical coterie of chain tenants and boutique stores. Some family owned places in the mix. Whether buying dinner or an item at a shop, it's definitely priced higher on comparison to other local businesses. If you're cool with paying for atmosphere, it's not even an issue. Offers street and garage parking. Usually a mess when you'd expect, but a spot will come available if patient. Worth a visit.
Great space surrounded by dining and shopping options in the middle of Rockville. It's a versatile space that serves various functions. It was being prepared for Christmas holiday festivities and an ice rink when I was there. Very hometown America vibe to it.
