Bike-commuters, beware: the shopping center, and RiteAid in particular, vigorously enforces all kinds of petty regulations. For example, they will complain if you lock your bike to a pole outside the store, which one is forced to do as there are no bike racks. I hope you'll join me in my decision to simply not shop here until that changes.
