I'd give it 1 star but the books are cheap enough I might come back to grab a few things for donating to the school library.
Customer service is everything to me, and there wasn't a scrap to be found here. Before leaving I tried calling twice, the phone rang and rang.
After arriving at the store I barely got a "hi", then the two behind the counter continued a loud conversation that never ended. I would have had to interrupt them to ask for help. I wonder where their phone is.
A musty old bookstore is totally my jam, and I don't mind digging for a good book. But this place wasn't just unorganized, the books are thrown haphazardly onto shelves in no order, just laying in piles. The children's section is the worst, which fine, kids are messy, but it's the first section you walk through and gives a terrible impression.
Overall, I was extremely unimpressed and left to wonder how they're even still in business.
