Yes the office is hard to find, but I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. My van that I rented was a 2013 Nissan Model and there were absolutely no issues with it. I also got a great rate that was much better than Hertz, even with a discount. I will be renting from the Kensington office again if I ever need to rent a vehicle.
