I can't even BEGIN to sing enough praises for Ray and his company. We had an A/C unit go out on our house right before we were about to sell to new owners, so of course we wanted to make sure it was in good working order for the new owners. We called up another local company and the guy did come out right away, took one look and said it was the compressor (without even performing any testing). There was a blown capacitor and some melted wiring (the high temps of a week ago and low refrigerant likely overworked it), and he said he would have to replace the unit and the air handler up in the attic at a cost of $5K. His estimate came in the next morning with no explanation, just $5K for new unit. My wife (GOD bless her soul) wanted a second opinion and called Ray who we had used previously at our house and our rental house. Ray came by that morning and low and behold, the compressor was FINE and it replaced the capacitor and wiring and recharged the refrigerant and only charged us $396. When you find someone honest and dependable, STICK WITH THEM FOLKS! Ray is genuinely a nice guy too. Can't say enough for his services!
