They NEVER answer the phone. They only have voicemail, which wouldn't be so bad, if they actually ever called you back. Every time I've needed to make an appointment, ask a question about meds, or anything else, I've had to drive there to get any kind of feedback. I have voiced this to them, to no avail. I am on the search for a new doctor, because this place is a headache to deal with; and not worth it.
