Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Priority Property Solutions LLC! I was in direct contact with Mr. Everson Travers, Jr. in regards to selling my grandmother's property. We executed a contract once an agreement was made on the purchase price, but the close date came and went. During the weeks prior to the agreed close date, I did not hear from him or the title company as it got closer to the closing date. My time was wasted and I'm beyond angry with the un-professionalism of this so called "investor". DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. I could have pursued other offers during the three weeks I was strung along.
