Premiere Orthodontics of Baltimore

I have been receiving corrective treatment from here for approximately 17 months now. I always look forward to supporting a black staffed business but I expect them to show respect for the community that makes it possible for that business to function and thrive. I was happy until today with the lack of professional responsibility. They continue to charge fees when you hold up to the terms of the contractual agreement, but they fall short of keeping up with the updated paperwork provided. Management is proud to take your money even when they slip on communication. All facts are relevant in business, not just the ones you want to recall to solely benefit you. There is no regard for customer satisfaction and keeping you as a long-term or permanent client. I'm disgusted at this point!
