****UPDATE**** ****UPDATE**** ****UPDATE**** ****UPDATE**** The differential went out at 800 miles. They shipped another one fairly quickly, but I've been trying to get the labor claim paid for weeks now. Was told it takes a month for them to issue that check. A month? What choice do I have? So after 5 weeks I call and I'm told that the outside company that does their checks is having electrical issues and maybe they might send it mid week next week. I can call back and check then. I didn't have a problem paying extra for the no fault warranty. But I do have a problem collecting on it. Customer service goes out the window after they have your money. I hope the replacement differential isn't another inferior product and I don't have to deal with the warranty department again. Original Post The customer service was fabulous. We just completed the repair today, but the care that was taken in getting the differential to us shows that the company cares about the quality of product they ship out. The only issue was the amount of time it took, but then we received it 4 days early. Great company so far. If we need any other drive train components, I will definitely call Powertrain Products first. Thanks for the great service.
When my wife's car needed an engine we looked around for a reputable company with state of the art equipment and procedures and and easy and economical purchase and return policy. We found that at Powertrain . The price was excellent. The shipping and return was easy. The engine runs great and I know it will last for a lot of years. The communication with the people at Powertrain was friendly, professional and informative. All around it could not have been a better experience.
