Polished Nails And Hair Baltimore

A friend of mine happened across this place while waiting for a dinner reservation and LOVED it. I may start driving up to Baltimore for my monthly pedicure just because. The service was top notch (including being greeted as soon as we walked in), the atmosphere can't be beat, and I love that they have a frequent customer punch card. The prices are what I'm used to in my area. My only thing is I wish I could add tip to my card, since I never carry cash.
