Visit was fine on the whole, but billing was very inefficient. Staff repeatedly sent bill to wrong insurer. Then, after not having heard from the practice in 18 months, received a collection notice. Everyone deserves just compensation, but this is not a very professional way to be in touch with clients. Current staff member Laura is very pleasant and helpful.
