Bank manager is useless, and you won't find anybody else withing the call centers who seems to know what they're doing either. They just charge you and each person you speak to has a different story as to why; which they can't explain either. I'm closing my account because I want the people who handle my money to know what they're doing and highly recommend that you stay away, unless you want the headache. Granted it may be the same elsewhere but I'll take my chances.
