This place has always been a dump and the food is not great but they used to make up for it with generous portions, good customer service and fast delivery. Those days are over. I got an Italian cold cut tonight consisting of one slice of ham, one slice of cheap salami and a paper thin slice of what might have been provolone. No Cappicola, no prosciutto, no Genoa salami, wilted lettuce, 2 thin slices of chemically ripened tomato. It actually had less meat & cheese than Subway! They also forgot my hot peppers and half my fries were re-cooked. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they were pretty good for 20 years.
