I would highly recommend Physical Therapy Professional Center. The treatment provided by Natalia Gerachenko was exceptional. A combination of manual therapy, massage and exercise has produced wonderful results. Manual therapy is Natalia’s strongest skill, I would rather say, talent. I’ve been to several Physical Therapy offices and the way she can find and release the effected muscles is incomparable. Dr.Gerachenko took time to listen to all of my concerns and learn about my health condition. She is a friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to professional. It was great to be able to work with the same person in a one-on-one full 30 min session. Also, front office is well-run — always professional, courteous and efficient; helpful with billing and scheduling. I was always seen in a timely manner.

I am happy to share my wonderful experience with physio therapist Natalia Gerachenko. She has a unique combination of deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology with magic touch of strong manual skills. I think my story is a perfect example of positive and effective personalized treatment when the right diagnosis, right timing and right technique make a difference in treatment outcomes. I got a sharp pain in my right arm that rapidly generalized from the shoulder to the hand and persisted over the weeks. Per my insurance recommendation, I went to a nearby PT location and was misdiagnosed with “carpal syndrome” and “tennis elbow”. Three-time a week visits during 2 months to the open-field facility with some “electric stimulation”, exercises and “light massage” didn’t help at all, and my pain aggravated – every movement was painful, I couldn’t pull a gallon of milk from the fridge, and turning a wheel while driving was excruciating. My friend told me about Natalia who successfully treated both her and her family in the past. Already at the first visit Natalia nailed down my problem that was apparently in the neck and upper spine, radiating to my arm and freezing up my shoulder. Treatments were twice a week, and the effect was almost immediate: I was able to move my arm again, and the pain localized in a couple of trigger points. My doctor focused on these points, and my pain lessened to disappearance. Furthermore, usual neck tightness, back stiffness and tension headaches also vanished! Every time the approach slightly changed to address different aspects of my problem (oppositely to the same “routine” practiced in the previous PT facility). I am extremely grateful for my cure and exceptional personal care I got at Dr. Gerachenko office. I’d like also to mention that her staff (and particularly receptionist) are always very friendly, kind and make special efforts to accommodate my busy schedule. We are very lucky to have such a high-quality professional, with brilliant expertise, profound experience, magic hands and huge heart!
