They are unreliable and unprofessional. As a business owner they have no regard for business practices. They NEVER have your items ready on time. Even after you drop them off and they give you a date for pick up. They mess up your clothes and then expect you to buy a replacement item so they can redo them, and still want to charge you. When in fact they should purchase the replacement item. At this point they have revived over 5 chances to fix the issues they have had with me. I have given them hundreds of dollars and they still can’t get it right. Better business will be called and they should take a class on how to run a business properly.
