Would rate the Westfield Annapolis store a zero if it were an option. Incredibly rude staff make the customers feel as if they are a burden. I wouldn't write this if it were a one time experience, this store is just riddled with bad employees. Choose a different location or DSW, you're guaranteed to get better service!
