Food was 3 stars. Cheeseburger sub-ok, onion rings-ok, fries-awful, cheese steak-good, pizza-good. Standard sub shop food. Nothing special, definitely not Baltimore's best pizza.
Service was 1 star. I waited 25 minutes for an order that was only going to be "5 to 10 minutes". Went to pickup and was told one of the boxes wasn't part of my order, went to my car and check. Of course an item is missing, went back and got it.
Staff doesn't care, they obviously don't want to be there. That rubs off, cause now I won't go back.
Decent service or at least staff reckognizing they messed up could've made this a 3 or 4 star review.
