More expensive than the larger caterer we wanted to go with for my daughter's wedding but they sold us on personalized service. We did not get the service promised. This was a $15K contract. As the wedding got closer, my emails were not answered. I found out at the walk-thru (just a couple weeks prior to the wedding) that my contact there had quit several weeks before and no one bothered to tell me. I was told by the owner that they were just too busy to contact all their clients who had signed contracts to let us know of the change in management. We made all payments on time. While my daughter was on her honeymoon she received an email from a person new to the Pantry that approx $5000 was still owed by us for her wedding. I had to send payment history to show we had already paid the $5000. In fact we were due a refund for a reduced head count. When I brought this to the owner's attention he said we never informed them of the reduced head count. I had to contact our wedding planner so she could produce proof of notification. The most frustrating part of this is that no one at the Pantry ever apologized. I felt very unappreciated as a customer and I would never recommend the Pantry.
