Owings Mills Pediatrics

I like the doctors and the nurses. The front desk staff need to go though. What a horrible representation of a doctors office. The older woman obviously is miserable because she has no sense of humor and is a complete Debbie Downer. It really isn't that hard to provide a welcoming environment with a smile and possibly even some eye contact. Maybe she is over worked and needs help? I'd give this office a 5 star rating if I felt appreciated as a patient parent for my children but I don't. Please consider a replacement front desk coordinator.
