I used to go there and I always had a professional do my nails. The last two times were beyond belief. This time I told the guy at the door I wanted to Manicure/Pedicure and 1/2 leg wax. I get the manicure and let the woman know not to cut my nails. I just cut hands and feet, because they do such a half ass job. So she shows me a chart to pick my price. I choose the 1st - $20.00 which makes no sense since I already told them what I was there for. She plays with my feet drys them off and gets ready to paint my toes. I flip out, first I was suprised when she let the water out. I was like what about the cuticles? Ok, whatever you want. OK, so she either doesn't speak English or has a listening problem. We get this fihish very hap hazzardly. And she like takes me to the front to get waxed. I told her no, my legs. I look like a gorilla, how could she even ask. Get that done, better than the last time, last time they were out of regular size sticks and used the skinny stick for eye brows. Amazing? Right? Now time for my manicure. Again I had cut my nails, I don't want them filed. She starts right away. I'm about to explode. So now as before all my nails look like they are making a right hand turn. She wasn't looking at my hands just filing away. Now they know I am pissed, so now I get lots of attention on the way to dry my f'd up nails. Then when I am done I need to wait for I guess the owner who is standing outside smoking I guess. $70.00 for a horrible experience. Stay clear of this place, it will only irritate you and rip you off.
