Terrible! I would never do business with these people. They are don't take care of their properties (only cosmetic updates to sell them), nor do they respect the neighbors who live near them. One of their properties caused damage to mine, and Jim Parks lied and put me off until his property was sold and there was essentially no recourse. Typical slumlord experience.
