M&T Bank

I have been a M&T Customer for about 5 years. The Branch I would go to was in the Shoppers grocery store. Since they closed it down, The North Plaza Office was closest to me. I went there and they treated me with the upmost respect at the tellers to make deposits. This place is clean and professional. I spend literally less than a minute at the teller. I knocked off 1 star because sometime in 2015, I walked in to do my routine deposit and this white lady asked me for my ID randomly once I made my deposit. I thought that was invasive because I never had that happen to me. She explain to me that "Sir we just want to verify your information on file" Oh Bullcrap, I felt racially profiled. Then again after thinking about it in 2018, They just wanted to crosscheck my information to what they have on file. But the way she pointed that out with that tone. I rate this bank 4/5 stars. I recommend this place and after 3 years, I was never asked for my ID.
