I was on vacation in Delaware far from my home, my MINI was inoperable, and I had one simple request for Mini of Annapolis - please call me back to discuss an estimate and most importantly, if they had time between today and when I was returning home to fix the car. Many calls were made to the service department starting at 8:00 am, many messages left, and finally at 5:15 pm I get a return call from Jenn apologizing for not calling me earlier! Very bad customer service and care for a MINI owner who purchased from their dealership! Its obvious they don't care about me, and it remains to be seen how you would be treated as their customer. Find another company to service your MINI!
