we have been ordering from this website many times before. But I feel that their customer service is getting worse and worse. I called the store couple weeks ago regarding a problem. The person who answered the phone was not really friendly. So I wrote an email to them and they even did not bother to reply. I guess it is time to find other website to order swimming gears.
