McDonald's

A few weeks ago I did a mobile order and only got a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle and 2 apple pies. I waited 20 minutes and called inside and asked the manager about my order and she said the Apple pies would be another 5 minutes to bake. So after another 16 minutes, i finally went inside and waited a few more minutes to receive my order. The manager did give me a free meal later that week for the wait. Then last Wednesday morning, i went inside, there was 1 order ahead of me, they got their food but I waited almost 20 minutes for a few breakfast sandwich items. I didn't order anything crazy with special demands, just regular menu items. That manager did give me Apple pies and extra sandwich. They seem to be short staffed for the amount of business they have.
