Service sucks. Drive thru is always backed up. When a customer has an order that will cause a back up in the driv -thru they keep the car at the window instead of asking them to move to the designated parking spaces(which are used for customwrs to wait for their order so that the drive- thru can keep moving at a steady pace). Instead of the employees using their brains they back up the drive-thru at least 3 days a week, and by the time you get your food it's cold. If you complain about the fries being hard and the food cold tjey will offer to fix the order(AFTER SITTING FOR 35 MINUTES TO GET YOUR ORDER THAT WAS MESSED UP, THEY EXPECT YOU TO WANT TO WAIT ANOTHER 35 MINS TO GET YOUR NEW ORDER THATS GOING TO BE COLD BY THE TIME U GET THE FOOD)!!! STUPIDITY AT IT'S FINEST, CRAZY RIGHT!!!
