Customer service has gone out the window. What happened to this family oriented restaurant? Now you have managers cursing at workers in the back to make chicken nuggets all the while a five year old waits. Not to mention cashiers eating in front of the customers while taking their order. How is anyone to feel about that? Let's not forget the teenagers that work in the evening cursing, playing on their phones, making out in booths while in their work attire, and messing customers orders up. If you have a family I would not bring my family to this McDonald's anymore. Find one that is family friendly.
