How about NO STARS! Kimberly, the owner, needs some serious customer service training!!! I WOULD NOT BRING MY LOVED ONE BACK THERE IF THEY PAID ME!!! So unprofessional, and it's sad because she's so extra and unnecessary! Her tone is not appropriate for someone dealing with the care of elders. Please beware and ask to speak with her first and see for yourself! I'm sure there are more compassionate places where the owners actually have some sense!!
