The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Sales rep did not explain anything about return or exchange policiesand ordered the wrong item. All he cared about was a sale, did not ask qualifying questions to put me in the right product. Manager or district manager couldn’t help with any of my issues. Waste of time and money, wish i would have gone somewhere else. You live and you learn.
