Karl was outstanding! My husband and I love the mattress set he sold to us. Not only did he listened to what we were looking for he kept us in our budget! Outstanding in store customer service! Delivery on the other hand is what prevented me giving a 5 star review. I was told by Karl that the delivery team could remove my old mattress set for 14.99 per piece that they have a credit card machine on them to charge, which was fine. When the delivery team arrived it was at the later part of the time frame. Before they brought anything in, I told him that I had my old set that needed to be removed and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said there was nothing in the notes, sorry we can't remove it. I explained to him what Karl had said and he still acted like he didn't understand what I was saying. He just said No, I'm sorry. I found the other guy, who was a supervisor to be extremely rude, he didn't speak to me at all, almost as if he was avoiding me. It also clearly states on the back of the receipt that removal can be done as Karl said. So, my conclusion is that they just didn't want to do it and that is POOR customer service but I didn't want them to take away the good experience we had in store.
