Matthew's 1600

Never disappointed whenever I go to Matthews 1600. Great food prepared just right, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfortable seating. We have been to their Thanksgiving dinner and if you haven't treated yourself to this event what are you waiting for? We have gone 3 years in a row and can't wait for the next Thanksgiving to get here. So many delicious choices. This event fills fast so reserve your spot early so that you don't miss out!

I never had a bad meal or a bad waitress at this place. Most of the food has been top of the line, most of the waitresses were very nice and attentive, with only one that was slow during peak time. The worst thing about it is that the urinals in the men's room are set up in a narrow hall and to access the one in the back you need to get every other guy out of the hallway, just like getting in and out of a diner booth. Imagine having to move a pissing guy to escape your urinal? That's really not worth lowering it a star, as it's better than them not having the extra urinal. Forgive me, but I think the world needs to know about strange men's room accommodations, since it's too taboo of a topic for most reviewers, and I'm not most reviewers.

Delicious food, and staff is very nice! Quiet atmosphere, so great for a casual lunch or simple evening out. Good location if you are in the Catonsville area. Would visit again!
