Dr. Marshak very pleasant and understanding, miss the firm. Staff was very rude to patient on phone, leaving work saying they're in restroom when shopping, hanging up on the patient saying it was the phone. Spoken to patient in a nasty way blame it on the patient when it was their fault. Staff disrespected their boss when not around. The boss they had you've though they Treat them with a highly respect. Staff lost blood and blame it on the labs when it was their fault. Dr. Marshak need to have staff that he can trust and don't have to worry.
