Has the worst redemption staff. The hoodrat clerk named Kaneisha cost me several hours of work time by lying about not being able to get my car even though they had my release papers. I was the only person there for 2 hours while she lied saying I needed to make an appointment 2 days in advance in order to get my car sitting right outside. Long story short, I contacted her manager Ryan and it literally took 5 minutes to sign a few papers, unlock the gate and ride off with my car.
